Wow, this is gonna be a really busy week for the Portfolio Night team. Tickets are slated to go on sale a week from tomorrow, and we’ll be busy confirming the ticket prices and other info for 30+ cities in preparation for that date.
Right now I’m putting the final touches on the new “Ready To Shine” project. If you saw last year’s site, “Ready To Shine” was a space for registered Portfolio Night attendees to log in and post about themselves. Great in theory, but in practice the process could’ve been easier.
This year, “Ready To Shine” will be the young creative equivalent to “Creative Bites”: mini-interviews designed to help attendees prepare for PN8, and to sell themselves in advance of the evening. Today I’m putting the final touches on some of the interview questions you’ll be asked, and getting them ready to be translated into other languages to be ready for Monday. Should be really fun, and I’m hoping many of you participate!
